1. Brand Role & Scope

Event Guardians acts solely as a tour organiser and travel trip coordinator. We curate itineraries, manage schedule timings, and arrange bookings with third-party service providers (hotels, guest houses, transport providers, local Jeep drivers, and activity guides).

Event Guardians does not own or directly operate hotels, resorts, transport vehicles, or destination venues.

2. Weather & Mountain Adjustments

Travel across mountain regions of northern Pakistan involves unpredictable weather, landslips, or road conditions. Event Guardians reserves the right to modify trip timings or substitute routes for the comfort and well-being of the group.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining personal conduct suitable for group travel, respecting local cultural norms in northern Pakistan, and following ground facilitator guidance during group movements.

4. Inquiries & Booking Confirmation

Submitting a trip enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking until trip details, schedule, and ground terms are formally agreed upon with our coordination team.
